jacuzzi
the jacuzzi is situated on the terrace of the main villa overlooking the lake. The water is at 40deg C in both winter and summer. You can switch on the jest as per your taste. At nighttime moon and coloured LED lights create a romantic and relaxing
atmosphere.
A shower is required before the jacuzzi, with towels and bathrobes provided by us. You only need to bring your usual swimwear. The session lasts one hour, after which the jacuzzi needs to be covered up again to resume its 40deg C optimum temperature.

The sauna is situated on the jetty, with a panoramic window on the lake. You can choose IR (infra-red) heating or the classic Finnish sauna experience.
The heat of IR goes deeper into the body and is reputed to eliminate 80% of body toxins as opposed to 20% in the classical sauna. It makes it easier to breathe since it has less effect on the air, and it stops operating altogether at 65deg C.
The classic sauna reaches temperatures in excess of 90deg C and makes one sweat profusely. It is recommended to rest every 15min and you may choose to alternate between the sauna and cold dips in the lake.
It is possible to combine both experiences, starting with IR and switching to classical sauna when IR shuts off at 65deg C
